Anthony William, The Medical Medium, live right here.
Hey guys, I've got a couple of announcements to make first of all, so let's start there.
I'm going to be making hot apple cider.
Let's get this straight though, I'm not making hot apple cider vinegar.
Because that's what happens every time I do something with hot apple cider, that delicious festive drink.
Every time I do that, someone's like, ACV?
What do you mean?
You like ACV?
You like apple cider?
No.
I'm going to be making hot apple cider.
That's number one.
I'm also going to be making cranberry, the medical medium cranberry water, the medical medium hot apple cider.
But the medical medium cranberry water, that's going to be cool too.
Some festive stuff, really refreshing stuff.
I'm excited.
I'm going to be making that.
So I don't want you to miss it.
So that's one thing.
I'm going to be doing it on TikTok Live, letting you know where.
so I'm going to be making it there.
So that's number one.
So I wanted to let you guys know.
That's cool.
And just so you know,
everybody's asking about what juicer I was using on the video.
So on the TikTok video,
everybody's asking what juicer you're using,
what juicer you're using.
It's the Omega, O-M-E-G-A,
M-M-9-H-D-S.
That's the celery juicing model.
That's the one I licensed my name
because they contacted me.
They said, look, we want to make a juicer that squeezes every last drop out of celery.
And I'm like, well, people are going to save money, right?
And they're like, oh, yeah, sure, definitely.
So I noticed I saved money.
I don't have to buy as much celery.
I'm using less celery.
The juicer's incredible.
So I licensed my name out to those guys, letting you guys know that.
But Black Friday sale for Omega's coming up.
So O-M-E-G-A, Omega.
And their Black Friday sale's coming up pretty soon.
So if you're, I know you guys are asking me like, what juicer am I using in that video?
In that music video, what juicer, what juicer.
So it's the Omega MM900HDS Black Friday is coming up.
Get it then because it's going to be on sale big time.
So just letting you know.
You guys are incredible.
I'm glad I'm here.
I can answer a couple questions before I go on to TikTok and make the hot apple cider, the whole bit.
So that's cool.
So, Sakura says, how to heal a yeast infection in the gut. Is that what it is, a yeast infection in there? Is that what it is? Or what else is going on there? I mean, are you seeing your different doctors, I'm sure, and they think it's a yeast infection?
you know what happens when someone gets bloating cramping constipation gut spasms
um gas lots of flatulence all this different stuff happening in the gut then there's these
other stuff going on in there you know so if i had that if i had any of these symptoms going on
in my gut okay if i had anything the first thing i would do is i would make sure i wasn't on milk
I was on no cheese, no butter, no gluten, no nutritional yeast.
I'd be even keeping like, you know, keeping corn away.
I wouldn't be doing much soy.
I'd probably keep that away.
And these are some of the things I would do to start with.
If I had problems in the gut, like if I either was some kind of yeast someone thought I had
or bacteria like SIBO or if I had acid reflux or H. pylori,
I'd be bringing in the celery juice right there for sure I'd be bringing in I'd be bringing in
16 to 32 ounces of celery juice that's what I would be doing that's what I would do I'd be
bringing in like 16 to 32 ounces of celery juice just letting you know I'd be doing that every
single day that's something I would do and when you're bringing in the celery juice already you're
knocking back stuff. Already you're bringing
stuff back and you're knocking it back
inside the gut and all that.
So anyway,
so yeah, you guys.
So, you just made the cranberry sauce?
Oh, cool. You just made the cranberry sauce?
That's incredible.
Nancy, is YouTube
blocking you? Well,
just so you know,
yeah,
it's not yeah, but yeah, but yeah,
something's definitely not working good on YouTube just letting you know on that
point you know so yeah something weird's going down down down video this yeah
video never gets seen it's not an easy process over there I mean the only two
platforms you guys I'm uncensored the only two platforms I'm uncensored with
is is is the only two platforms is tick-tock and Apple podcast so you can
check out Medical Meme Podcast at Apple Podcasts.
That's what you can do.
Check out Medical Meme Podcast
at Apple Podcasts. You can do that.
And you can
listen to the five meditations for free.
The moon meditation, stargazing
meditation, free as a bird meditation,
brain meditation. You can listen to those for free.
At Apple Podcasts,
Medical Meme Podcasts, along with
the other 17 episodes.
The other...
So you guys can do that. The other 12
episodes, the potato episode,
the b12 episode apple cider vinegar episode neurological symptoms episode
brain fog episode anxiety episode yeah just looking at comments and stuff trying to read a few real
real quick here um looking um you guys the thing is is that if you have any kind of intestinal
disorders if you're somebody dealing with any kind of intestinal problems if you're somebody dealing
with SIBO like I said apple you know when you're dealing with SIBO or anything
like that apples themselves are really good I've talked about that good for the
liver so when you're dealing with any kind of intestinal tract disturbances
you know bringing in some apples if you're dealing with any kind of yeast
and if someone said if the practitioner said you got yeast or mold or something
in your intestinal tract got something in your gut like that or you got SIBO or
you got H pylori all the things that people are talking about their guts
these days or anything like that, bring in apples. That's what I would do. I would bring in some fresh
apples. I'm going to be making hot apple cider coming pretty soon when I go on TikTok. So don't
miss that. That's going to be really cool. You're going to be in my kitchen. We're going to like,
in the sense where we're going to be making stuff in the kitchen. So that's really cool right there.
yeah you guys and but remember about the Black Friday thing with the Omega juicer so so many
guys are asking me questions which used for my using I see it all the time so just Black Friday
is coming up that's when you can get that mm-900 HDS Pamela says my hair is shedding a few months
after starting celery juice and eating very low fat with no animal products to say the least I'm
back eating meats again starting today my hair was full prior to starting a low
fat vegan diet well what happens is Pamela people get their hair back when
they go low fat and on plant-based a lot so when they go there that's how they
get their hair back so but what happens is that there's there's billions of
billions of people women at least a couple of billion on the planet that are
eating animal protein and they're all losing their hair and that's the thing
And so there's very few vegans out there and there's very few plant-based people.
So just in the US alone, I think it's 99% animal protein.
I think it's something under 1% plant-based and vegan diets.
It's really, really small.
The percentage is like a grain of rice compared to a silo of rice.
So everybody's eating animal proteins.
So just so you know, the vegan movement is this big.
It's so tiny.
So, and then all the millions and millions of women in the United States that are on
really good, high-end, high-quality keto diets or whatever kind of diet.
They're on their animal clean, animal protein diets.
They're all losing their hair.
Their hair's all thinning.
They all got alopecia.
And they're eating animal protein.
So, try not to get thrown by that.
It's really something else that's going on.
So it's easy just to blame something that you're doing in the moment.
But hair loss isn't something that happens in the moment.
Hair loss comes later after something that happened nine months, ten months, a year before, two years before.
And what happens is one of the leading reasons why women are losing their hair all around the world.
And just in the U.S. alone and all around the world, they're losing their hair because of caffeine.
because they'll do caffeine for years and finally then all the hair starts coming out.
And that can happen at any time.
That can happen when you're starting a new diet.
That can happen when you're starting any kind of new diet,
when you're starting a new fancy animal protein diet that has no processed foods.
I've seen women start these really clean animal protein diets.
I promote animal protein diets.
I promote plant-based diets because I'm not about what diet to do.
I'm about what tools to do to fix your problem.
and there's women that actually start like they start they go into the gym
they're exercising they're off all processed foods they start their new
keto diet and their hairstyle all falls out their hair all falls out because it
wasn't the new keto diet that made their hair fall out it was something that was
happening all this time it was years of caffeine buildup in the the hormone was
finally got burnt out in the adrenal gland so the hormone the adrenal gland
finally got burnt out and so it's sluggish stagnant liver and then it's the adrenals a big part of it
also low-grade viruses cause that to happen so low-grade viruses cause it to happen and when you
start cleansing you start cleansing all that junk out so then eventually what you're doing now so if
you did a plant-based if you did low-fat plant-based right now and that work you're doing now to take
care of yourself is going to help your hair come back later. That's what that's going to do. It's
going to help your hair come back later because the hair coming out now isn't what you do in the
moment. It's what happened to you. If you have a, women have, they go through a very, say they go
through a divorce or they go through betrayal or they go through hardship or they, a friend
backstabs them or they go through childbirth. Their hair doesn't fall out in the moment.
their hair falls out months later, a year later.
That's how it works.
So if a woman's in a really bad relationship or breakup
and the hair can fall out a year later
from the time the breakup was,
that's how it's done.
And in caffeine, you can drink caffeine for 20 years
and then all of a sudden all the hair just starts coming out because of it.
The caffeine industry plays one of the greatest, biggest jokes in womankind there is.
It's basically causing women's hair loss.
That's what caffeine does.
That's chocolate.
So if you're doing chocolate,
and the hair just falls out from chocolate over time.
But yet, you're young and strong,
and it's not really happening, and it's fine.
You can eat the chocolate.
You can do what you want for a while,
and then it all works out, and then you're 40,
and then your hair starts coming out from years of caffeine.
The adrenals get burnt out, and it happens.
The hormone in the adrenal gland starts to lack.
the one that holds the hair follicle together and keeps the hair up.
So these are important things to figure out,
but you have to kind of keep things in perspective.
There are just millions of women in this country alone that go gluten-free,
they go keto, and their hair falls out.
And they're in the gym, they're seeing their trainer,
and their trainer's like, what's happening?
And they're just shedding hair.
And they're on their new keto diet,
and then they're yelling at their trainer who put them on their new keto diet
that you put me on this new keto diet,
my hair's falling out now.
And this is how it works.
And so making changes now
is going to help stop your hair from falling out later,
doing good things now.
And that's how it works.
So I'm kind of giving you the 411 on that.
As far as plant-based goes,
no one's really on a plant-based diet.
It's this big.
I mean, if there was a pull to take,
like an actual pull they can do,
and you go through every county in the U.S.,
veganism, I think, would be like this.
It's a speckle.
I think it's just a hunk of it's in L.A.,
a hunk of it's in New York,
and it's still small,
and they still eat animal proteins.
Most vegans eat eggs.
Most vegans eat cheese.
They eat it once a month,
so are they even vegan?
So the whole thing's so confusing.
And yeah, all women are losing their hair
at one point in their life.
It's crazy how it works.
So what I would do with this,
I'm giving you the experience that I have with all this stuff and talking to doctors for 35 years about hair loss for women.
Is that, you know, just have some faith.
Do what you feel is right.
I believe in animal protein.
When people eat animal protein, I believe in plant-based diets too.
So if you want to do animal protein, fine.
But it's about putting tools to it that work.
Are you getting rid of the caffeine?
Are you...
And it depends on what other symptoms you have.
If you've got other symptoms besides hair loss, I would look into those symptoms, take the book to the doctor, look into the symptoms and find out what's underlying there.
And then chances are the hair comes back because you're fixing other symptoms too.
Laura says, please talk a little bit about fatigue.
There's something called neurological fatigue.
That's what I termed.
I termed it neurological fatigue.
That's the viral fatigue, letting you know.
And that viral fatigue is why we feel so tired and we struggle.
It's this viral fatigue that everybody has.
So I'm just letting you know that that viral fatigue is what keeps people down.
That's the Epstein-Barr fatigue I talk about all the time.
If I had that kind of viral fatigue where I'm fatigued and can't kind of get through it,
I can't get past it, I can't get above it, I would be doing some antivirals.
I would be getting rid of the gluten and the dairy products.
I would be doing these kinds of things for myself.
I mean, you can find out like full protocol and cleanse to heal if you don't have it already, but it's in here.
You guys, I'm going to be going on TikTok.
I'm going to be making cranberry water, hot apple cider too.
I'm going to be making the hot apple cider.
What do I do for anxiety?
Nikki, did you listen to Medical Mean Podcast at Apple Podcast, my anxiety episode?
Because it's packed with tools and information better than I can deliver it in any other way.
It's an incredible docuseries.
The Medical Mean Podcast, you guys, is a docuseries.
It's just free.
I put it on the podcast.
So it's a docuseries on the podcast for free.
I mean, I could have charged for it.
The whole docuseries for it.
I put it on the podcast.
So yeah.
So anyway.
Barb says, Barb's asking, will this be available to watch later?
My best friend is going through hair loss in a big way.
Yes, totally.
And this is an important, because I did explain a decent amount of it right there about the hair loss part.
So please have her watch this later.
It's so important.
It really is.
Butchia says, I stopped coffee July 31st.
You're incredible.
You stopped coffee.
Did you listen to the caffeine episode at Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast?
Listen to the caffeine episode and you will be so happy you stopped coffee.
I'm not telling everybody you guys got to do that.
Just listen to the episode though.
And listen to the episode.
It is that jam-packed of information.
and stuff I was never supposed to tell anybody.
I was never even supposed to put it on a podcast episode.
It's just that Apple's uncensored.
Apple Podcasts is uncensored, so I put it on there.
Just like TikTok is uncensored, so I'm going on there.
So, yeah.
Please talk about depression.
It's rough, almost at what's end.
Nikki, I mean, I'm assuming, right,
It's not because of a horrible experience or anything you've had recently or a great loss because that can throw us all into a depression, a really big depression.
It's mystery depression you're talking about.
Brenda says the podcasts are amazing, incredible.
Brenda, share that with everybody.
Tell everybody so they go to Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast.
Tringo says, where is the podcast?
Okay, it's Medical Medium Podcast at Apple Podcast.
Apple Podcast.
Check it out.
so mystery depression
is from what I've
always taught doctors and
put even in the medical meme cleanse the heal book
mystery depression is
toxic heavy metals
so it's the mercury, it's the aluminum
it gets in the brain and it just
starts to oxidize and I always
talk about the heavy metal detox movie
medical meme heavy metal detox movie I tell doctors
that's what you need for your patients
Michelle says your podcasts
are awesome, you changed my life, thank you
show incredible.
Post about it for others to go there
and hear about it at Apple Podcasts
so they can learn and everything.
I always love when people share.
So, you guys, I don't use PR and marketing.
The big PR firms that always knock on my door
and say, you're the medical medium.
You're the number one New York Times bestselling author
of millions of books around the world.
People have healed from your information
all around the world.
You need a big PR marketing firm
and we can get you marketing and all this stuff.
And I say, no, no, no.
I say, no.
I go, we're grassroots.
Grassroots.
It's about people healing and grassroots.
And so if you want to share the Medical Meeting Podcast at Apple Podcasts,
that's going to help so many people heal.
Because that's what it is, you know?
So.
Depression is rough.
MM is life-changing information.
Lorraine, thank you.
Lorraine, are you going to TikTok after this?
incredible.
I hope you go to TikTok after this
because I'm making some food and stuff.
You can listen to the podcast
on medicalmedium.com.
So you can go to medicalmedium.com
and you can listen to the podcast there.
Okay?
Apple Player.
You can listen to it on the Apple Player
at medicalmedium.com
if you don't have an Apple device.
Just letting you know.
So,
whoa, Monica, Monica said, thank you for being grassroots. So it matters to you.
Whoa. Awesome. You know, cause I, I just wonder, right? Cause it's the strangest thing. I'm the
only number one New York times bestselling author. It doesn't use all that stuff. I don't use the big
publicists and marketing firms and all those other things. I, you know, everybody thinks that I got
known because of that is that that's, that's crazy. Cause I don't use any of it. Never did.
so this has been grassroots people healing and you know the opposition's been insane
like discrimination against me all kinds of bogus stories written about me that are just fake like
everything under the sun to try to stop medical medium information it's just been unbelievable
what we've gone through ingrid said no one could tell me why i had crippling uh crippling on my
knees anxiety whoa been on your knees with crippling anxiety until i found you no more
anxiety even now. Ingrid, that means everything to me because you were suffering and now you're not.
You're out of that suffering. Like that is everything. You guys, I'm going to TikTok live,
heading there now. I'm sorry to have to go right now. And, and, um, and there's so, you know,
uh nance says i think since i was one of the first to ask a question when you started
to probably didn't see my question i ask on every live but i seem to be missed oh no no sorry it's
thousands of questions come up and and i yeah that's what happens just thousands of questions
and they come up quick and they move so fast.
And I think I don't answer probably a bunch of questions that people have.
And they just, there's, so sorry about that.
I really am.
Anyway, guys, listen, I'm going to TikTok Live.
Going to answer questions thoroughly there for quite a while.
I'm going to be on there for a while.
So please head over there.
I'm going to make hot apple cider.
I'm going to make cranberry water.
And if you're interested in that, because everybody's asking me,
what juicer am I using in the video?
I keep on getting questions and I can't answer them.
So I just got to tell everybody now, it's the MM900HDS.
It's the Omega and they have a Black Friday sale coming up.
So I'm just letting you know, don't miss that if you're into it.
It's a celery juicer and it saves me money because it juices so much.
So it's so much juice out of the celery.
I'm buying less celery all the time.
See you on Mandy.
I'll see you on TikTok.
Tic Tac.
That's what I call it by accident.
See you on Tic Tac.
All right, you guys.
Bless your heart.
See you soon.
